| BES Biodiversity Award |

As part of its engagement to Biodiversity, Banco Espírito Santo, under a partnership with the Research Centre for Biodiversity and Genetic Resources (CIBIO), has launched BES Biodiversity Award.
The prize, in the amount of EUR 75 000, is awarded every year. Its objective is to support and reward innovating projects and initiatives of research, conservation and management of biological diversity in Portugal.
The prize is alternatively awarded in one of the following categories:
- Biodiversity and Research;
- Biodiversity and Business.
