| On the External side, BES has an External Auditor - KPMG & Associados SROC, S.A - who is responsible for the Audit Report issued by the statutory auditor and the Auditors' Reports to the annual Individual and Consolidated Accounts, as well as for the Limited Review Report on Interim Individual and Consolidated Financial Information. |
